In 1992 Lud established LUDCO, Inc. in San Augustine, Texas and quickly grew throughout East Texas. In 1998, he acquired Clark Brother's Electrical Contractors Inc. located in Nacogdoches, Texas. In 1999, Lud merged the two companies to become one of East Texas' largest and most capable electrical contracting firms. Throughout the years, Lud has established a reputation of honesty, integrity, innovation, and reliability as a leader. 

Assuming the role of Vice President in 2018, Landon has overseen the continuous growth and development of the company. He is active in every aspect of day-to-day operations from customer/vendor relations, estimating, project management, finance, and more. 

With over 20 years at the company, David is a crucial component to the success of our projects. With a wide range of skills and experience in commerical and industrial applications David has successfully completed projects such as New Summerfield Junior High School, Cumberland Academy Performing Arts Center, countless Saltwater Disposals, and many more.

Joining LUDCO in 2022 as a project foreman, Josh quickly proved his capability and was promoted to estimating and project management in 2023.

Starting with the company as an apprentice, Chris has progressed rapidly, becoming a foreman for some of our larger projects. His projects include: Athens Police Department, Frost ISD Multipurpose Facility, Granger ISD High School, and more.

Joining LUDCO in 2020, Jason has completed several of our flagship projects such as: Tyler VA Outpatient Clinic and Smallwoods Manufacturing along with several other projects.

Starting with the company as an apprentice, Taylor has progressed rapidly, becoming a foreman for some of our larger projects. His projects include: Eaton - Project Gateway, Kerens ISD 2018 Bond Improvements, Garrison ISD High School, and more.

Joining LUDCO as an apprentice and evolving to a journeyman, Jairo has successfully completed projects such as: Troup ISD Elementary School, Mildred ISD High School, and the new Smith County Road and Bridge facilities.
